Another update: Delilah coming to KOST, Cunningham departing KLOS

  Delilah Rene Luke , better known by just her first name, begins tonight on adult contemporary KOST filling the 7 - midnight shift. She fills the slot recently vacated by Karen Sharp  and "Love Songs on the KOST," which ended last month. Accompanied by Premier Radio co-founder Kraig Kitchin , Delilah made her announcement on the KTLA Morning News . "There's a station I've been sending tapes to when we used to send tapes, back on reel-to-reel days, knocking at the door. And starting tonight, I'll be on KOST 103.5!" The syndicated program originates from her home studio in Seattle. After working at several different stations across the Pacific Northwest, Delilah started the current program in 1984 at KLSY (now a Spanish contemporary Christian station). Vicky Moore signs off

  As we reported yesterday , Vicky Moore is leaving all-news KNX. Earlier this morning, she offered her farewell to her listeners: Vicky Moore, Mike Simpson So today is my last day, 22 years…and someone told me I should say something. It’s not really my nature. Anyhow, so I wrote something, so here I go.  Brian Douglas, Sioux-Z Jessup, Sabina Mora I really love radio. Because radio is about community. At a time when the phone in our pocket and in our hands right now creates distance between us, and the politics divide us, the AI make us questioning what is real, people here at KNX all around me are real. And they are people who live and work in this community. Brian Douglas and Sioux-Z Jessup , our traffic team, Sabina (Mora) – they care about people driving in from places like Santa Clarita. Or when you hear sirens on the westside or Monrovia, we here at KNX are curious too! And we can joke about the differences between LA and Orange County and how Irvine is always topping ...

Quick update: Another KNX change

  Another change happening at Audacy's Wilshire Boulevard facility. An email was sent out today to the staff from Chris Ebbott , the market's SVP: Team, I wanted to let you know that we will be announcing some updates to the KNX Prime lineup later today -- but this particular change deserves its own space. After nearly 22 years of anchoring and reporting at KNX, Vicky Moore  will be stepping away from the morning team. Over more than two decades, she has been a trusted and familiar voice to listeners across Southern California. She has helped our community navigate and make sense of everything from wildfires and pandemics to historic elections and championship seasons -- and that's just this past year. Tomorrow will be her final day day on the morning show. However, you may still hear her voice on our airwaves from time to time in a limited capacity, including as a spokesperson for select clients.
